Cook healthy anyway, all of you should be eating healthy. The guys will either eat it or make something else...themselves! :-)

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Cook healthy. It's what's best for you and your children. If the others don't want to eat that way, let them get their own food. You only need 30 minutes/3x a week of regular exercise, you can get that in while the baby naps or when your boyfriend can watch the kids. Also, get out and get active with the kids, who cares if it's winter, bundle them up, get out the stroller, and go to the park or for a walk!

you can cook them a dinner and only eat the vegetables and meat. like if you cook pasta and a salad and baked chicken and broccoli, just skip the pasta. as long as you use fresh foods when youre cooking, instead of ready in box or frozen meals it should be pretty easy for you to stay healthy while only cooking one good meal for everyone. guys love steaks and you can get leaner meat and that is good stuff when youre on a diet. plus, you can always have a salad at dinner and add meat (or not) and make a meal out of that.

You can jump rope for exercise -- cheap, can do it indoors, and doesn't take a lot of space.
If you do the cooking, you can cook something healthy, and if they say they won't eat it, you just say, in your toughest mom voice, "You have three choices. Eat it, don't eat it, or cook for yourself. I make one meal and this is it." But, there are a lot of healthy meals that you can make that people won't turn up their noses at. www.weightwatchers.com has a lot of good recipes, and you can join online and not have to go to meetings, and get a lot of help that way.
Do your kids a favor and cook healthy so they don't end up having heart problems and diabetes and obesity!
