You should not be mixing those diet drugs. You are seriously hurting yourself. Stop taking them and see your doctor within a day or two.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. STOP THE PILLS AT ONCE UNLESS DOC PRESCRIBED THEM FOR U.

I wouldnt mix diet pills or take more than the recommended dose because they don't list ingredients and you could be mixing something that you shouldn't or overdosing on something thats in both. Your stomach probably hurts because its having a bad reaction to the pills, and is trying to tell you it doesn't want it in there. You can't feel the fat going away, you should listen to your body. Be safe girl.

Fat going away isn't going to make your insides feel like they're tearing. This isn't normal, and you should see a physician immediately.
There is not magic pill for weight loss, the only thing that will help you lose weight is to expend more calories than you intake. Eating right and exercising will take off the weight and keep it off better than any pill.

That is not normal at all. You will want to see a doctor to make sure everything is still alright because that is very dangerous. Honestly stop taking them and start taking prenatal vitamins. Those pills will hurt you, and can be very addictive and harmful. Even though you are not pregnant anymore and are not trying to have another child start taking them again you can get them at GNC, walmart, or most drug stores will carry some. you will also want to start a healthy diet and some exercise. It will help you a lot and the vitamins will help give you energy. i hope this helps if you have anymore questions please e-mail me.

water pills can wreck your kidneys.
Best way to loose weight is the old fashion way - excercise and eat perhaps a 1800 calorie a day diet. drink 8 glasses of water per day. If you are over weight in general , lay off the fats and take a baby asprin everyday until you get to your ideal weight and then can pass a stress test.

You posed your question correctly 'mental health' not 'mental illness'. The brain is an organ which is fueled by glucose and maintained nutritionally. A balanced diet is one of the vital factors in maintaining ALL health - and has an impact on many illnesses
