I took a polygraph today for a police department. After the test the examiner said I need to ask you a question to one of your responses, and he was about my physical health. I told him I went to the ER twice in the last 10 months one was for tonsilitis and one was Muscolskeletal pain. After I told him that he said "ok". Did I fail??

I don't think it's a pass/fail thing. Polygraphs just indicate deceptive patterns. I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you were honest.

If you told the truth you will be ok.

There are indicators for deception, and one called inconclusive, that sometimes means the person being questioned attempted to evade the question.
