I've never heard of "the diet coke diet".
It can't be healthy. If you are going to diet, do it the right way...
Eat healthy
Exercise
Drink lots of water
Take a multivitamin daily

Have never heard of the diet Coke diet. Don't think it will work though. Even though there is no sugar in it, or calories, your body thinks it's going to get sugar because it tastes sweet and overproduces insulin. Insulin blocks the release of fat from storage. Too much insulin will make you hungry also. Most people will not lose stored fat by lowering how much they eat. Dieting, usually only results in short-term loss of weight. Dieters typically lose lean tissue and not fat. Best thing to do is to eat healthy, drink more water, & do some kind of exercise on a regular basis. Need to keep muscle & lower fat. No gimmick diets. Don't starve yourself either. Your body will just think something is wrong and try to hold onto it's fat stores. Even if you cut down on soda by one can a day (including diet) you can lose weight. Good Luck! I know it's not easy.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Oh dear where did you hear that? I have heard of the soup diet and I know many that have lost weight doing that. But remember if you do a quick fix diet, you will lose the weight only to put it back on again once you have finished it.

HI pink-drag!!!

I personally think that a diet soda, is NOT a real diet!!!!

Read the diet soda ingredients, do your own research, on all this creepy ingredients, actually might do more harm, to your body than good.

I suggest to stay away from it, altogether!!!
Take vitamins, exercise, and eat smaller portions of a well balanced diet, that you can actually follow daily; on a long term!!!!

GOD BLESS YOU & EAT HEALTHY & HAPPY LIFE

if the diet coke diet is just drinking diet coke its less of a diet and more like anorexic cause it has no calories or nutritional value. 400 calories or less a day is anorexic, btw.

Big mistake. Diet Coke, in addition to having no nutritional value, is full of chemicals not good for you.
