wow your boss ..that requires a little care...but it is best to be up front with him. Buy him a card ...a funny card that lets him know you want NOTHING more than a friendship..NADA. And you may tell him that you perhaps misunderstood his intentions ..so he has a face saving way out but the bottom line is ...what he is doing is called sexual harassment! And you can get help for that on the web. Type in sexual harassment and then contact someone on one of the sites who will guide you through the process...you could...take the guy to court! But if it gets nasty or awkward ..the best thing to do is just find another job if you can because ..hey ...he is the boss and it could get worse before you are able to resolve it. AND BE CAREFUL...do not get alone with the guy!

That happened to me this past summer(BTW I'm only 20)...I told him upfront I'm not interested and I did avoid him but it became awkward...I no longer work there because I quit. I suggest you let him know clearly your not interested before things get messy.

Just say you have a rule never to date a co-worker..and leave it at that. If they still ask if u like him, just say that you can't say because he is a co-worker and you don't notice because you are here to work.
