The other people that you work with are going to know all about it...Then the talkin starts from other people start like...oh well I was told this or I was told it was her fault and this is why they broke up..trust me hun! I have been in your shoes and the biggest mistake I made was dating him. And look where it got me..we were not able to get along and since he was there longer than me it got me fired.. because it was like the topic of the day but it was that topic everyday..So if I was you..I know im not but if I was...I seriously would not do it...Honestly friends are a lot closer to each other especially with the oppisit sex...So please take my advice..ive been there..! I think it's best to take this outside of the workplace. Where I work, if someone is seen with the opposite sex, there goes the assumptions and it looks really bad no matter how innocent it is (especially if they're both married and "just friends" - shame on them). You can hang out as friends if in a group setting. If something evolves, just leave it out of the workplace and make it clear. It is possible to do! Tough, but not impossible.

You can do it but just be careful. Check to make sure that there is no policy against dating co workers. Be discreet about it and don't let people know at work that you are dating if you can. I did it a few times and it worked out ok. Sometimes it can get a little uncomfortable if you break up but you need to make sure that you talk about this and be upfront before becoming too serious.

Don't skinny dip in the company pool. If you have a relationship and then break if off 1) you have to show up to work and deal with his presence every day 2) You WILL the hot topic for all the office gossip.

it truly is a puzzling challenge. ive considered it ensue any such tremendous type of cases the position human beings get entangled at artwork and each little thing is nice till it is going bitter (if it does besides) then it would want to rigidity the artwork ecosystem and likely placed your job in jepordy. now im no longer holding that u shouldn't verify it out, its only a state-of-the-paintings challenge. besides the undeniable fact that so long because it doesnt violate any guidelines that your corporation might want to have on the challenge than i'd bypass for it and word what takes position.

omg totalyl go for it if you like him. just keep it as professional as you can at work. don't let it decrease productivity and everythign will be fine. I just started dating seriously a GREAT guy an di met him at work. Everyone at work roots for us too even our boss it's great!! So don't worry about it, unless it's against company policy, but it really isn't

You know what? Never date a co-worker (especially not a boss). What happens when you break-up or when you actually "do the deed"? Rumors.... You DON'T need that.
