What's something quick but kinda filling?

Something quick-
Oatmeal With fresh fruit and cinnamon
oatmeal(as much as desired)
milk(1 cup)
half teaspoon of cinnamon
apple(sliced)
water(1-2 cups)
fresh raisins(optional)
blueberries(optional)

Bring water to a boil,add in oatmeal.Stir.Add milk and cinnamon.Place in a bowl.Place apple slices on top of oatmeal along with raisins and berries.

Have a glass of water first. Then if you're still hungry, I recommend a low GI fruit, like an orange.

Applesauce with crushed graham crackers underneath- healthy, yummy, filling, quick, appetizing, etc.

I like drinking a cup of Vanilla Soymilk (because soymilk has fiber, it is filling), and maybe munching on an orange, or some carrots. Otherwise, I like munching on dried fruit (e.g. mango, figs, papaya, prunes, etc.)

i like toast spread with a bit of chutney then some cheese and a bit of chopped ham or bacon then put under the griller untill the cheese is melted
