Fiber and protein.

These are the two best appetite and craving controllers in the world. Make sure you're getting plenty of the (good) carbs and that most of what you eat is whole grains, legumes, and fruits and vegetables. I felt like I was depriving myself when I began changing my eating around to foods like this (as opposed to prepackaged, nutritionally deficient foods), but I find a feel full much more easily, and much longer.
If I want something sweet, I have yogurt or some fruit.

Now, you say you try to eat healthy, so you may know quite of a bit of this, but sometimes it's more the quality of the food than what it is in particular. For instance, anything that says it was made with 'rolled oats' is a good example of an ingredient practically devoid of fiber and nutrition.

If your body is getting what it needs, you shouldn't have cravings like this. If it is, and you still have cravings, you might want to look into your emotional connections with food. I know I have plenty. I associate certain things with comfort, certain things with fun, and so on. Sometimes i just want to eat certain things because I'm bored.

Good luck. I covered a lot, so if I didn't explain something too well just ask.
