I've spent alot of time thinking about this, and I see nothing wrong with exploiting it, it's the heart of capitalism; if you can sell someone something, you deserve their money. Just think about how much worse the world would be with MORE rich stupid people. Yeah, go exploit.

Its probably not considered a handicap because its hard for everyone to agree on the boundaries of stupidity, its not as clear cut as one might think.
Plus, a cure for stupidity in the intellectual sense is getting a higher education. People are allowed to exploit their stupidity because today everyone labels themselves as a victim. "we were too poor to get a good education.." "I was hit when I was 5 and therefore I decided to drop out of high school to work at McDonalds"
