I'm looking for a good, decent photo editing program. I don't need top of the line like photoshop; I understand that I have to pay for the best. All I want is something decent that I can edit the photos I take with, and it needs to be free.

The Gimp, Gimpshop, and Paint.net are good free image editors. for simple images you can try XNView or Irfanview
