Do guys who are outgoing act shy around girls that they like? thank you for your answers!! :)?

there is this guy who is very outgoing and crazy (in a good way--like funny) but he is shy and talks serious when talking to me----> he stares at me nonstop but he sometimes has a hard time approaching me.....what does this mean??? i'm not scary i promise haha i am actually very friendly:):) thanks for your answers!! =)

well he sounds like me. its just hard to talk to a crush that's all. he probably has a crush on u. good luck

Yea, probably likes you and shys up around you.. Especially if he doesn't around other girls..
