Well it will be hard to go on a diet cause the lunches at school (they are nasty and fatty) and I have scollyosis so my back hurts a lot I just want to look great, have a 6-pack by may! And I am 5'3 3/4" tall and weigh 115 lbs! Please help

Oh wow! You are pretty slender so it should be easy for you! I suggest you bring your own lunch. Sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, rice cakes. Also you have to do some cardio, jog for 30 minutes a day and do a lot of ab workouts (crunches, sit ups, other forms of these). Do lunges to help your thighs and butts tone up and buy some barbells to tone up your arms. Hope you get that bikini body!

If you have access to a fitness center get into a spinning class. It burns maximum calories and should energize you without gaining much muscle weight. No gym.. take a brisk 45 minute walk 4 times a week, drink lots of water and eliminate fats and sugars from your diet.
