The benefits of having your nipple pierced are the same today as they were for the fashionable ladies of Paris and London in the 1890s. It makes the nipples larger, more sensitive, more sexually attractive, and provides a constant stimulation of the nipples, one friend of mine describes his nipple piercing as "a lightswitch for an erection". Nipple piercing is very effective for increasing the size of small nipples (especially men's), and can stop nipples from becoming inverted by pulling them out. In fact, it was recommended by doctors in Victorian England to increase the size of the nipples to make breastfeeding easier. It provides greater sexual pleasure because it gives your partner something to play .

I am a guy and I got my nipples pierced, and it really added to my sexual side. At one time my nipples were sensitive to the cold and it hurt like hell when my shirt rubbed against them, but since then (more than 2 years later) I have not had any of that sensitivity to the cold. It does hurt like hell to get them done, so if you are going to do it, get both of them done at the same time, because I don't think too many people will sit still long enough to get the other done later. I would explain how much it changes the sex side but the detail would turn this post X rated. They are not hard at all to take care of, you just have to get passed the healing stage and taking care of them which is easily done with sea salt and water. Make sure that you move them often to prevent your skin healing to the piercing.

none, if it is cold outside you are very cold and if one gets ripped off accidentally it would really hurt. And honestly I think it is the most unattractive place to have a piercing.

None. I think this is one of the most disgusting fads out there. Nothing like making a statement about being trashy. Imagine if they get infected and pus comes out gross. Gross Gross Gross. Dont do it.

None - You might get an infection, or hepatitis if the needle is not sterile - and some pain if you're into that kind of thing....

It's really, really hot. Makes them incredibly sensitive to attention. Does tend to set off metal detectors however

well i heard getting them pierced can cause them to be more sensitive so that could be a plus
