Throw your drink out. Its no good without the straw.
If it happens again, sue them. Call that woman that sued McDonalds over hot coffee for advice.

take off the lid and drink without it, if you weren't using a lid still drink without it. Or go get a new straw

Get a glass, straws do not usually break. they stick together.
