Try using Nioxen Shampoo and scalp Theraphy. It makes your scalp tingle which is cleaning out your pores and bringing blood to the surface of your scalp. Stimulation is the best thing to help. Massage your scalp alot and comb it alot.

Keep it lightly trimmed. If you don't trim off split ends, they will make your hair break off at the ends and your hair won't appear to "grow" as quickly.

Also, keep in mind that split ends occur when the ends of your hair become too dry. The longer your hair grows, the dryer the ends will get because it will be harder for the natural oil from your scalp to reach them. Make sure you use conditioner to make up for this. Brushing your hair frequently will also help bring oil from your scalp down to the end of your hair.

Hair follicles live for no more than about seven years. At the end of the seven years, the hair strand falls out and a new one starts to grow. This means it will take you seven years to grow your hair out to its full length (usually about waist length) and, after that, it won't get any longer.

I'm just a white girl. But hear me out. My daughter has fine hair like mine but curls like her daddy. She's biracial. Her hair would not grow for anything. Finally, I would condition the crap out of it with black hair care products and get regular trims ( every 6 weeks) to get the dead off and avoid breakage. Now her hair is healthy and growing. It's still not fast growing but noticeably different. Good luck.

Have a head massage with olive oil as it would strengthen the roots of the hair and improve blood circulation in scalp :

Don't listen to anyone who says "don't cut ur hair" your hair needs to be TRIMMED (if you dont want to cut it) every 8-12 weeks so that it grows healthy.

don't cut ur hair. i do it and it's ok, you just need some hair treatment to keep it healthy.. some people say that if you usually shampoo ur hair it'll grow quickly but i'm not sure about it.
