If your dog breeds with more than one dog she will likely have puppies from different dogs she bred with. The reason people have registered dogs and know the dad is the one and only "father" is because it is assumed the female is always supervised and kept somewhere that no dog but the chosen stud can get to her.
So yes, a dog can have puppies from not only two, but from a number of different dogs.

yes it's very possible. honestly a dog can have puppies from as many dogs bred it as eggs were released. not the norm but possible. it's even possible if a human released 2 eggs and slept with two different men to have two seperate fathers of the twins.

Yes, it's possible. Dogs ovulate more than one egg at a time, which is of course why they have litters. And when in heat they're not too picky about whom they mate with, so it's possible for a litter to have more than one father.

Yes, it's very uncommon but possible. It's simple really because dogs generally have more than one baby at a time they send out more than one egg at a time. So if she has mated with more than one dog than she will have more than one dog's sperm in her. Hope this makes sense.
