I haven't a business license or anything yet. I will do that shortly. This started out to be a hobby and well, I've earned money on it. Probably about 7-8k this year. With the EITC in mind, will i still get money back on taxes if I hadn't paid out on taxes for my sales?

you will still be eligible to file for the EITC. it will help offset any self-employment tax owed.

of direction you elect them to end a W-9 and you will concern them 1099's you in all probability might desire to write down some variety of reimbursement settlement with them so there is not any question approximately how they're paid and on what foundation
