I was the one who said " i don't have time for a real relationship i just want a kinda friends with benefits type thing", well after almost 5 yrs of every now and then, and whenever im in town I LOVE HIM!, I'M SURE HE FEELS THE SAME WAY BUT, he respects the boundaries that i put in place to begin with!! how do i tell him he's the 1 without spoiling what we have together? not to mention he is the very best lover i have ever had...he feels the same! i'm ;leaving for florida in 2 more months for 6 months... then i will be back, he is talking about flying down to see me in the spring, should i tell him then? Do u uthink i'll just trash the whole thing by opening my big fat pie hole? or should i just leave things as they are when i am left feeling like i need something more secure and steady after all i was 26 when we started seeing each other we kept it quiet because we were both going through divorces and technically cheating, also he's 29 and im 32.. can this work for real??????

If you're ABSOLUTELY sure he loves you back and you're not going to even going to dare to give it that chance, then you need to rethink your priorities. Whatever you have now could be... so small I can't even find a word for it... compared to what could possibly happen if you just tell him, and then give him some time for him to think.
If he really loves you, then he'll most likely come to his senses and let you know, or it could all fall apart, but at least you took a stand and asid something!! That'll hepl with confidence issues in future relationships, the ability to say what you mean.

Any relationship CAN work for real! It's what you put into it, IS what you get out of it!!!!!

I think you should be "upfront" about your plans and see what your Guy's reaction is. You both feel the same way about each other, well, that tells me he can handle anything you discuss. Give him the chance, ok?

Good Luck with this!

IT SOUND LIKE YOU MAY HAVE A PROBLEM ON YOUR HAND
BECAUSE AFTER PLAYING THE GAME FOR 5 YEARS WITH
THE FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS, NOW THAT YOUR FEELING
HAVE GOT IN TO IT , IT MAY CAUSE TENSION SO TO SPEAK
BUT SO KEEP THAT IN MIND, HE MAY FEEL AS YOU DO BUT
IF REALLY WANT MORE HE COULD ALSO HAVE MADE THE
MOVE TO MAKE IT MORE THEN IT IS. IF HE FEELIING THE
SAME. BUT PLAY IT BY EAR AND SEE HOW IT GOES WHEN
YOU GET TOGETHER IN FLORIDA.

Your the one who put the roadblock in the relationship right? So your the only one who can remove it. Just be honest with him about how and why your felling the way you are.
