Have you called a vet? I sure hope so because it wouldn't be so smart to take advise from here as we are not trained professionals. You could take our advise, but if its not right and your dog dies who are you going to blame.

A dry nose means nothing. A dog sweats through their nose, so it just means it isn't sweating at the moment. Squinting may indicate an eye infection or scratch on the cornea. Take the dog to the vet to rule out something serious

Listless is pretty scary, I wouldnt take the time out to check with our answers on that one. Better leave for the VET NOW!!!

i bet she's dehydrated. that's why she has a dry nose and is lethargic. take her to the vet to make sure, but if she's really dehydrated, give her some water or put some honey on her teeth to help her get over her dehydration.

If she starts to shake or tremble...emergency vet as fast as you can drive.
I've had 2 dogs die on me. I know what I'm talking about
