You need to sit down and have a heart to heart with your roommate. I would suggest that by 8 pm, the dogs be kenneled in her room so that you can enjoy a peaceful evening where you are paying to live. If she isn't agreeable, then it may be time to find a new place, or ask her to find a new place to live.

LOL! Since you are joking around...you can joke around with him and tell him you enlisted him and already set it up with the recruiter and you are getting the $20,000 sign up bonus. See what he says to that. My sister's father-in-law threatened to sign her and his other daughter-in-law up for the enlistment bonuses. We all know you can't do that...but it makes for an amusing joke.

If he sees this posting he may strike in a preemptive manner and enlist you first!

Its not possible and if you were able to arange a phony enlistment for him it would probably be a federal offense.

Its an all VOLUNTEER military so you can't enlist him.
Move out and give each other some peace and quiet.
