in a relationship lust only goes so far you need love to make it last otherwise as soon as the physical attraction is gone so is the relationship
there is a saying "do i love you b/c you're beautiful or are you beautiful b/c i love you"
my b/f and i were best friends for years and never had any interest in each other i was a hideous child and he was a pizza faced pimple boy...now 4 years later we're in love but also physically attracted b/c of the love more than the fact that we have both matured in our looks

It just depends what you are looking for...a quickie or a forever partner. I prefer love. Most people that I know who put lust in front of love have some type of STD because they don't even take the time to find anything out about the person.

Love is all about giving everything and then want to give more..and Lust is all about taking everything and then want to take more...Normally in relationship it goes together...give and take...and it exists like that in reality..
To know more read the book Orginal Sin or may be easier to watch the movie Orginal Sin...Its wonderful and explain the love and lust, differentiates it and make u understand which one is the best to choose.

Love is when you know the person very intimately, that means everything about them good and bad. You would do everything possible to be with that person, you think about them everyday and you love them unconditionally. Lust is when you only think of them in a sexual way ie: their body, the way they smell look, you just can't wait to get with them in a sexual way. You don't really care about the person on the inside, just what's between the legs.
