Beyonce used this diet, that consisted of maple syrup, cayenne pepper, real lemon juice, and water.--to loose 20 lbs in Dreamgirls--
While reading more upon the concoction,I learned that many celebs are going this route.
I am considering, but need more input on the gross sounding liquid.
Has anyone tried this? or have any pos/neg info ? it would help.

Thx Jay C....let's say, I try this diet, and cont to tone and maintain "better" eating habits...do you think the weight will come back?
Beyonce did say after the role was over, she ate everything and gained 12lbs (but she wanted to.)
I am 130 and need to be 110 and toned by May. :)

I would think this is more of a short term thing, like for a movie role. Once you go back to eating normally. if you eat what got you into trouble in the first place, youll be right back there in no time. If you decide to do this for awhile be sure you take a multivitamin, as it seems your body would be getting almost zero nutrition. A better option wouldbe a less extreme change to your eating habits that you can follow daily. Eliminate sugary sodas and fast food from your diet. Don't eat 3-4 hours before bed. Walk 20 min a day 3 times a week. These small changes will have a big impact, and also is something you can stay on forever. Its not about dieting, its more changing your habits, otherwise it won't last in the long run

***You will prob gain a couple of pounds back, but if you eat well and stay active, you should be able to maintain a weight you are comfortable with, if it is within reason
