Sweetie, you are NOT overweight. I'm guessing you are buying in to all the media hype and glamorizing the skeletal thin models we see on all the magazine covers today. They are NOT healthy. You DO NOT want to be like them. The best thing you can do is try to tone your thighs if you are unhappy with them. Look up some good thigh exercises online or even ask your PE teacher. I'm sure she would be more than happy to help you. Just please, whatever you do, don't lose sight of what is healthy. You are NOT overweight.

You cant lose weight in certain areas. Fat burning is a total body process. Building muscle tone in areas will help with the look while your body is burning the fat. Try walking 20 min every other day and build from there. Your legs will be strengthened and your body will burn fat. Also try to drink as much water as you can, water is the biggest aid to being healthy. Don;t eat a couple hours before bed and limit your fast food intake to some extent....Other than that, you'll be OK, your 14 , dont sweat it.

Actually, your fine in the wieght department. I am 5'3 and i weigh around 140. And that is healthy for me. But if your intent upon losing wieght, you can run for an hour every day or simply walk for an hour. Gather up your favorite music on you ipod get on an exercise machine. It would not be wise to worry about losing wieght at a young age because your body is still developing. But that does not mean you can't be fit!

How do you feel? That's the real question. How do you feel about yourself? Are you sick very often? Are you confident? I can tell you think, 5 lbs. is no big deal. Take care of the inside and the outside will be fine!

Also, keep in mind that you don't want to pop pills and drugs. Think about natural stuff and natural actions you can take. Drug companies aren't necessarily looking out for you! "They" don't want you do know about this stuff...

Why are you so critical of yourself. Your weight is perfect.
Please don't start on those yo yo diets that really mess you up.
Eat right--plenty of exercise and water--be happy--have lots
of well balanced friends and love life.
