Normally worn with a cloth diaper, not alone. Yes if diaper is not changed frequently it will leak. If you are using cloth diapers i would only use the plastic panties when going out somewhere , or buy disposables for trips. The plastic doesn't breath and can irritate babies bottom .

i see you havent given this up. without a diaper or training pant under neither they wouldnt protect anything and yes mark they would leak.how would they not when theres nothing inside them to absorb the fluid. urine or whatever and yes you could get aserious rash
