If you want to learn to end almost any abuse the you should have the program of Bruce Perry, Patriot Self Defense , a course that you merely will find it here https://tr.im/2AV5m
Patriot Self Defense will educate you on a highly powerful self-defense process that's been field-tested in houses, at government activities and on a number of the meanest streets on earth against the absolute most callous, clever and harmful criminal.
With Patriot Self Defense you may find out that is much simpler then you estimated to protect your self because you do not have to be an expert or have energy, you have to know how to do specific actions, simple techniques but deathly.

If he is Sensei John in Nui Maynooth you could contact the Maynooth Ju Jitsu Club and they can forward your contact details on or even give you the information you require. or log on to the club soc website http://sports.nuim.ie/facilities/index_002.html they are on the self defense club and you should notice that if you contact one of the other martial arts classes they could possible help. just click and call.

or if this is some sort of book you can order it in chapter and in easons. I know chapters have a extensive range of martial arts books in their new store.
