Its kinda a tie for me
1) When my right ear drum perforated. It was slow and tedious as if someone was slowly taking a nail and twisting it in my ear right on the ear drum. When it finally busted all I could think was "this is what it must feel like to get shot in the head". I screamed so loud that the neighbor thought me and my hubby were having wild sex and asked us to quite down. She saw blood coming from my ear and screamed..I shut the door in her face so she went home and called 911 thinking I really had been shot.
That was the most painful until I had my 3rd child. My other 2 were what I would call easy and in all reality I have a very high tolerance for pain. Anyway my 3rd was induced and it was very painful because the contractions were very close together for about 8 hours. I never got to relax or take a breath. Another poster wrote something about hers being every 2 minutes and if I had to guess I would bet she was induced as well!

In Oct 2000 I had pneumonia with a lot of fluid in my lungs. I can't even begin to describe the excrutiating pain I suffered. I had to have tubes inserted into my lungs to drain the fluid. The tube was connected box type containers. I was in the hospital for a long time. I had the experience of giving birth and let me tell you I'd rather do that several times as opposed to the pain I had with the pneumonia. These days I suffer from MS but this is a pain I live with without having to scream out loud unless I have the occassional attack which I have to ride throught for a couple of hours. I don't mean to sound grim. I'm actually pretty OK. I'm out of the wheelchair and move around pretty good considering. You wouldn't even know it to look at me.

That is easy. Mine was when I had surgery to fix my broken nose. I had a cracked septum and the cartilage was separated from the bone. He did a bunch of work up there. After wards, I had enough gauze in my nose to wrap up a broken ankle. It is amazing how much they can shove into a nostril. The best part of all this was when he removed all the gauze and a blood vessel broke. My nose and face were in immense pain and I was bleeding out both nostrils, down the back of my throat, and...and out the tear duct of my right eye. I ended up having to have surgery again so that he could go in and close it up.
So....I woke up again with gauze in my nose. It was a totally miserable experience.

My story is not all that unusual. My worst physical pain was when I was in labor with my first baby for about 14 hours (ouch!) before the doctor decided to deliver him via Cesarean section. He was a healthy baby @ 8-1/2 lbs; but he also was breach, and my hips were to small for him to pass through naturally.
He was worth the pain, though!

Ummm.... probably sometime when I was a kid and couldn't really feel it. You know how when you're a kid stuff doesn't hurt that much? But in high school I had mono and my lymph nodes were insanely swollen and it was cold outside and my bedroom was freezing and I was just miserable. That was pretty bad. I guess I haven't been in a lot of physical pain in my life... and that's a good thing!

When I had my wisdom teeth removed. They had to be cut out and on one side one was so big that they had to break a piece off of my jaw to remove it. My face was swollen for 2 weeks and I was on pain killers (similar to morhine) 24/7 then they had to put me on steroids to help it heal. It was the most pain I have ever been in physically.

Skiing. When I fell, the boot release didn't release. My leg broke right at the boot top. I heard it break. It was the most excruciating pain I have ever felt. Actually, just thinking about it, and the SOUND of breaking bone, makes me sick right now. Still, I wonder now what really hurt, the brake or the sound. Excuse me now. I must go throw up...

I was 9 and my Shetland pony decided to take off out of control on me. His saddle became loose and he made a 90* turn on me and under I went. He trampled over my head and I got 7 stitches above my right eye. Ouch! But I was lucky.

A little "semi-depression" in junior high just made me all worn out - I couldn't really eat, all my muscles in my arms, legs, and torso were sore, and I had headaches all the time.
It also made me a little tired everyday, but that could also be from sleeping late.
