What causes yellow spots on the outside of the eyeball?

I have these yellow spots on the outside of my eyeball and there like raised out a little..like that stick out some off of my eye what is it???

go see your doctor...you might be jaundice....having liver problems...hope all is well...

sounds like either jaundice or pink eye, either way you need to go to a doctor to get it checked out.
