Who discovered glaucoma?

I need to know who discovered the condition and when.

I've looked through the Wikipedia sites and various medical websites online, and all I can really find are the names of people who have developed treatments for the disease.

I not sure about who discovered it but did you know that is how Ray Charles lost his site?
