You could always say hi and once she is looking at you check her out. Give a quick look from toe to head.
Just keep talking to her and maybe talk about a some movies and ask if she wants to see one or get some coffee.

No need to hint, just look her straight in the eye when youre both sober and tell her how you feel. If she laughs at you or tries to embarrass you then shes not worth your time anyway! Its a win-win situation.

Ask her out, like to the movies or bowling or anything. If you are too nervous to ask her verbally, send her a note. I'm 99% sure she will be flattered and glad that you were honest and didn't beat around the bush.

I don't know to be honest with you, i gave up on girls and women, they nothing to me but stress and a lot of hard feelings toward them. Try to give her some music, and tell her that how you feel about her, in the words that sings in the song.

In a conversation ask her what type of guys does she like. You will be doing two things, finding out what qualities she likes in a man. Two, letting her know your interested without being to forward. She will think to herself "Why would he want to know what kind of guys do I like if he's not interested himself?"
