My way is the Wiccan Way and I do not eat when I am too heavy. No diets no crazy exercise. We are animals like goats and gorillas. They not need to go to gym or jog. They don't get overweight. They know themselves and when to concentrate on the breeding not the eating. Humans and corrupt institutions have brainwashed humans. Learn from the animals. Do as they do. Overweight? Time to do other things. Humans have been degenerating. They eat too much and they try and breed with same sex partners. The other animals don't do that. Does that mean humans are degenerates and evil ones. Yes. Some are. Many are. Are youuuuuuuu!!!!!!!

Begin your day with a spoonful of golden organic flax seeds. You must chew them up. Sprinkle them on everything. This is what I did. Also lots of tea. Try Yogi Green Tea Energy and Yogi Peach Detox. Drink several cups/day. Eat salads but dump your creamy salad dressing and your bottled viniagrette, make your own viniagrettes. Eat lots of fresh raw organic vegetables and fruit. Red wine with dinner. Absolutely no sodas. When I was dieting, I would actually have a bowl of healthy cereal with soy milk or a cup of organic yogurt practically every night,(late night snack). I know they say not to eat after a certain hour, but I crave a sweet! And I tell you it worked, and I've managed to keep it off because I exercise alot as well.(this is a must)

Well have you ever tried slim fast? When I wanted to be thinner I drank a slim fast for breakfast and lunch and I would snack on little things throughout the day. For dinner I would eat something like lemon chicken or any chicken dish besides fried, or battered, and have some boiled vegetables on the side. I lost a lot of weight.

I don't believe in diets....I think it's a dirty word! If you eat the way your supposed to and get adequate exercise you'll get into shape. Start by making sure you get your 5 fruits/veggies a day. Drink water, water and water!! Eat whole grains.....they are much better for you and they are more filling. As far as the rest ie..dairy and meats....go by the food pyramid. If your still hungry have more fruit or something healthy that you like.

lots of diets out there, some for losing fat, some for gaining muscle, some for this and some for that. Id say how much depends on you, and the best kinds of foods are natural unprocessed ones. If you have to get carbs get them from veggies, and probalby you will want more protein than fat.
