I am not trying to sound funny with this, but trust me on this. Boys are usually the result of a high sperm count. A woman will usually be very fertile as well as the male if you have that many boys.
Here is the part to pay attention to. He has to waste a load of semen before the two of you try to have a girl. YOU must not let him put the first ejaculation of semen into you.
Either you or he should manually stimulate him to the point of orgasm or you can relieve him orally. I do not know where your relationship is.
After that first orgasm or test shot, then you have actual intercourse.
For a boy you would do the opposite. He would save up for a few days and then have sex with you. When he orgasms he should hold it deep inside until totally flaccid. (I don't think you guys have any problem with that though)
I have 4 boys and 1 girl. That is what was recommended to us and it worked. Got expensive so stopped after finally getting the winning recipe.

There are no sure fire home remedies.
The most accurate sex-selection methods are usually tens of thousands of dollars, involving invasive infertility treatments and fertility drugs with side effects. How badly do you want a girl?
You should enjoy the five you have and hope for a grand-daughter!

I can only imagine what you are going through. My friend pre-determined all of her children's genders using the Shettles Method. Another friend of mine had the same problem and used the same method and it worked. I plan on using this if I do not have a girl by my third pregnancy. Go to Dr. and get sperm wash. It isnt 100% effective but worth a chance. Start saving too for all of those college funds I don't know how you afford all of those kids unless you are rich!

I beleive there's something they do with semen in a centrifuge to separate X (female) sperm from Y (male) sperm. But I don't know how precise that is.

You would have to ask God what to do since he pretty well has the market covered in deciding what kind of a baby you're gonna have.

I think you can get the X and Y sperm separated, and then inject the Y sperm (to make a girl). Talk to your doctor about it.

try a different donor (just joking, but the father determines the sex of the kids).
