Shrimp isn't bad for your cat but she has to eat cat food everyday. Cats need a lot of different types of protein in their diet and they need a lot of protein to keep them well. Plus cat food contains an ingredient called Taurine which cats must have to keep their heart good and it helps keep their vision. So as long as you are feeding her cat food also you should be ok with giving her shrimp. Just make sure she doesn't become overweight.

Page1344, why not? One shrimp a day, cooked or raw (be real careful that it's not bad) would be just fine. What a nice mom you are. I wouldn't mind getting a shrimp a day myself! Seriously, don't worry about.

how old is the kitten.. until they are 6 months they should be on a fairly simple diet.. chicken and rice is best... shrimp is not good for cats - the high calcium in shrimp is a known problem causer for urinary tract problems. just because they like something doesnt mean its good for them

No, nothing is bad for a cat. They should be overweight as much as possible. Do you want to diet? Do you want to eat healthy and be trim and fit? Feed your cat all the fresh shrimp, rice, macaroni.. pretty much load her up with everything you think is unhealthy. She will love it and be happier ever than you or I. Copmpletely spoil her as far as food goes..

Just plain raw, shelled shrimp with no legs is ok to give her. If you give her the treats in moderation everyday, it's ok to give them to her everyday.

If it's plain shrimp without seasoning or breading on it, it won't hurt her. Just don't give her the shell or legs, she might choke.

One a day won't hurt anything, but try giving them to her as a
reward for doing something U want her to learn.
