first, get to know her, find out about her hobby/interest, favorite movies, foods, hang-out place etc etc ! if you dare not got direct to her, try getting your friend along or go to her friends, join her circle of activities, let her notice your present. Then slowly talk to her one on one.
Works on all those info you have had known about her,
like if she play tennis then try train with her or be her sparring partner, borrow CD from her or let her have your CD [ on her favorite movies, remember? ], get her to sample the good food of her choice from a particular restaurant n the list go on n on !
make your move slowly, never rush n scare her off !

say "hi"
and she will say something like "hi"
say "my name is [whatever it is]"
she'll probably say "my name is [whatever it is]"
ask, "what's your favorite color?"
she'll answer with some color
say, "Mine too! That's cool! We have something in common!"
and then just say other stuff, whatever comes to mind
compliment her once in a while
try not to say "i have an erection" or "your boobs are making me get really hard" but if you do, say it so it sounds like you're just being silly
