Yeah, Leviticus is great. Chapters 1-9 give comprehensive instructions on how to perform bloody animal sacrifices to please God. And don't forget 20:9 that encourages the murder of children who curse their parents. Good stuff!

The sermon challenges them to really put their $$$ where their mouths are where as Lev. is just more doggeral, religious jargon. Jesus hissownself is untainted and pure and speaks of integrity and righteousness as a MAN.
The homosexual thing is just bullcrap. I am way to busy with spiritual growth to find fault with anyone and Jesus never condemned the homosexuals so I could care less whatever else the rest of the bible or the religious leaders say.
Screw 'em.

You raise a good point. Some Christians are what I call "Old Testament Christians." They say they are Christians but act and speak like they never even heard of Jesus Christ. True and faithful Christians give more attention to the New Testament and to its command to "love thy neighbor as thyself." The New Testament disapproves of hating, mocking, or being unkind to anyone. But it is a fact that the New Testament also disapproves of homosexuality, adultery, sexually lustful thoughts, etc.

At the Kingdom Hall, we spend an equal amount of time on every part of the Bible.

Actually, I don't. But I spend more time than I would in Lev. because so many atheists and mockers try to use it to their advantage. Best be prepared.
