This is not OFF TOPIC JUNK.....it has to do with AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE!!! Maybe some of you DON'T know the answer!!!! Ever hear of paying for 'tort'? Here in Pennsylvania we pay for it!!!!!!!!

In the common law, a tort is a wrong for which the law provides a remedy. The term comes from Law French and means, literally, 'a wrong'.

In plain english it looks like a violation of law.
