Did you get a FL license? If so, you will need to take the AR written test and pass the eye exam.

If you didn't get your FL license, you'll have to start fresh in AR. Written test, learner's permit, eye exam, and road test.

Go to the DMV (take the license, from your other city with you) and ask the procedure for getting a license in your new city.
