I've already asked this but I wanted to get more points of view....
I met a guy online and we e-mailed a bit and then he wanted to IM -- we did and we used webcams. we talked for liked 30-40 minutes. It was so much fun (at least I had fun)... then NOTHING. dropped like a hot potato... I am getting over a breakup (7 months) so this stuff really affects me. I keep think "hmmm...well, maybe I was less attractive on webcam?" I do NOT want to feel rejection over this -- any advice?

face value, i would say he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, and got slapped by his gf slash wife, i will also bet and just hide a watch that he will surfuce again with one hell of a bullshitt line that will just melt your heart and almost make your cry, key word in that being bullshitt, yahoo has a way of blocking these kind of people i would strongly suggest in using them on this guy and any others that make you think, or feel, or even ask yourself or doubt what your all about and that includes "hmmm ing", nothing wrong with being yourself on this internet, but keep in mind that there are some on the net that do nothing but look for prey, not nice people, just a word of warning again, dont let chatting to mr right blind you on this thing, there are good people on here thats for sure, but better safe than sorry is a good rule to adhear to and follow on the net, so take the experience for what it was, which wasnt personal towards you at all, just another idiot, which wont be the last you encounter, so becareful for yourself.....

HAND have a nice day!!!

Do not even think about him. He is not serious or he wasn't serious in this point because he had someone else to be more interested even before he met you. It's not personal, do not take it against him; just on-line stuff, lots of people just waste their time there.
Take it easy with more fun, and it WILL work for you. You are way too concern.

are you over 18? if not he probably got scared off weather you report him or not. if he's young he probably got caught by his parents and they revoked his Internet access, If your over 18 then I bet he has been ******* around and flirting on the Internet but has a girlfriend, fiance or wife and was just about to get caught and ended it, if your hot then maybe he just is shy or his Internet connection got disconnected, if your not hot then he was just playing around goofing with his friends at your expense... Maybe he's an Internet predator and is working on another victim at the moment
Keep trying to contact him or if your close try to meet out with your friends an his friends (think safety)

People who love life and try to look for something good in each day and each other. Much more refreshing than always looking for the worst.

You need to let this go. It's not healthy for you. You shouldn't have feelings for him - negative or positive. Just move on.

online relationships are always kinda iffy----your breakup is still relatively new so I would give myself more time------your emotions are also your emotions and you cannot fight them---just try and not put yourself in that position again--I suggest waiting to find another guy who is not online---just my opinion--good luck
