Like everyday he always trys to get close to me. When I had this creepy stalker guy he always volunteered to walk me home. He constantly touches me arm and back. When I said that thjis guy asked me out, he goes say no. When I asked why he said, just please dont go out with him. What do you think? common signs of <33333 or just a guy being a guy?

Sounds like he is a good guy. He is sweet and not a stalker. I think he cares about you deeply. Don't hurt him and appreciate that someone cares about you besides your family and friends. He definetly sounds like he respects you. Respect is what you should expect for yourself. I say this guy is one of a kind. He is seeing more in you then you are yourself. You may want to pause the life of stalkers and take note of that.
