I work with alot of women at my job. And there's this cute shy guy that asked ME out. He asked me out of all the girls that work there. I am not ugly but I am not the cutest girl there either. Plus, mostly the unattractive men have asked me out. And now all of a sudden a cute guys asks me out? Weird why would he pick me it makes me feel like he is just trying to be desperate or something. Please help!

Remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Also,maybe you have an outstanding personality that is attracted this guy. Everyone is special in their own way. So called beauty queens no longer get all the guys anymore. Guys are wising up and are starting to figure that beauty is only skin deep and that theyre not always worth the trouble that comes with beauty. Never compare yourself to anyone else as you will always come up with something stupid that will make you feel inferior. God doesnt make junk and he has someone for all of us and maybe he sent this guy just for you. Just be yourself and have some fun and go out with this guy.It just might open a whole new array of doors for you and definitely stop putting yourself down. Good luck

You might explore the possibility that he doesn't want a shallow, self-obsessed person and has chosen you instead. I dated someone from work and nobody could believe that we were together. But I found she was about 10x nicer than the other women there who wouldn't walk past a mirror without immediately falling in love with themselves all over again.
You should go, find out what this guy's all about, maybe he's the real thing and your paranoia or self-doubt are going to ruin your chance to meet someone worthwhile.
Give him a chance, and if it doesn't' work out, post another question that lets us know we were idiots for telling you to try it!

My question to you is "why dont you like yourself"? you are as good as anyone else, so life your spirits my girl and go for it, you will soon know soon enough what it is he is liking you for. You might be pleasantly surprised. Please dont be self consious, everyone is different and special in their own way, and he obviously sees that special you.
