It is normal. Just upgrade your vitamin C intake and get a bottle of Choroseptic. Use as directed. If persists more than 3 days or pain gets worse, see a physician.

Good Luck

Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection . Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. More details and home remedies available at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

You might be coming down with something. Gargle salt water and mouthwash and use zinc lozenges. And take vitamin C. That should give you a boost so whatever is there at least won't be so painful.

Good luck!
