you don't need extreme exercise. Just cut back the portions of what you eat, try to eliminate fats, sugars, fried food, etc from you diet and eat 6 smaller meals proportioned throughout the day, to keep your body working all day long. For exercise, just keep your body in motion, walk a half an hour or 20 minutes 3-4 times a week. Also dont weigh yourself for the first few weeks as your body's weight can fluctuate up to 3 pounds during the course of a day. And finally drink lots and lots of water (as close to a gallon a day as your body can handle, avoid flavored waters). Follow this and the weight will come off properly

If you dont eat, your body goes into 'starvation mode' and hangs on to every little ounce of anything in your body, including fat.
It will eventually start eating away at your muscles and you will become weak.
Do not fast to loose weight. Eat lots of veggies and fruits, low fat, whole wheat breads and pastas. Drink diet sodas and lite beers if you must have those types of things. Have smaller portions, excersize-you will loose about 1 to 2 lbs a week-which is reasonable and you will be more likely to keep it off.
That's the way I lost 25 lbs in about 4 months. Good luck and loose weight safely!

I don't know what the hell kg's are, but if you want to lose weight. . . stop drinking soda. Don't eat processed foods. Do an internal body cleanse. Drink tons of water. Then, take a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar daily, as well as a tablespoon of organic extra virgin coconut oil. It sounds crazy, but do these things in this order, and you'll see those kg's disappear. It will take about a month total.

Seriously, start jogging, running. It burns 550 calories/hour. Its the fastest way to lose weight, but takes about 30 days. Good Lord, these people don't know what a kilogram is!?! You must be an international,let me apologize ahead of time.
