Hey, i have a degree in culinary nutrition... i go by my motto "everything in balance", try to eat about 5-6 small meals a day- i know it sounds excessive but that is what keeps your metabolism up, therefore burning more calories. watch your portions, limit your sugar intake (i dont drink any soft drinks or juices that are not 100%) and drink at least 8 glasses. As for all of those fad diets- once you go back to your old habits- the weight returns, with avengence. So use those tips and exercise regulary and you should be fine.

Diets that go to extreme you avoid..... cut on sodas like coke etc .... drink more Sprite Zero or natural juices and avoid snacks betewn meals unless its an apple or some fruit.. and walk 3 days a week for 30 minutes or more...jog if you want but walk is ok... i lost 40 pounds in 2 months by just doing that ... and avoid late food...dont eat past 7 pm

Special K, Total or Cheerios with skim milk, some OJ and a banana for breakfast

A salad with lemon or vinegar, some tuna and crackers, and some green tea for lunch

Lean meat or fish, 2 vegetables, and some fruit for dinner.

Inbetween meals, drink lots of water and other non-caffeinated, non-alcoholic drinks. A granola bar, fruit, raw veggies, raisins, etc. are healthy snacks. If you eat bread, make it whole wheat, and toast it. Keep away from mayo--contains eggs and oil. Ketchup, mustard and others contain a lot of salt.

a veg,s diet like eat chicken, oatmeal, fish and lots of peppers not at once through the day and yogurt bars and nitrous bars, and 10 cups of water a day and drink juice no pop or bread. i list 15 pounds and my fat count was6 and now it,s 3,1.

yeah! eat three times a day, and cut down on those foods, i know u can do it!! i did it, and the next day or so, i lost 2 pounds!! i didnt eat for a long time for a day, the trick it to drink water, and no FOOD.
