Porterhouse steak-Medium-Grilled on high heat broiler with butter.

The reason I like Porterhouse as a cut is because one side is a NY Strip Steak with great flavor and the smaller part is the tender and juicy Filet Mignon. You get the best of 2 great cuts in one steak.

My second choice would be Rack of Lamb sauteed in a Barolo wine sauce reduction.

Kobe beef ribeye steak, cooked for one and one half minuets on each side to medium - rare. If you find it in a restaurant, expect to pay $150 - $300 per steak. Nothing produced in the U.S. can come close to comparing with Japanese Kobe beef.

I know this will sound weird, but I like veggie burgers and dogs. The texture and the taste is what I like. I know, I know, I'm weird.
