Hey that happens. Men are bonders. We bond..And lie. Sometimes... sometimes we don't.
Years ago, when I was still single, I partied with a married friend, all night Friday night, up until Saturday morning. We ended up at my apartment, and he wanted me to call his wife and tell her he was okay… I did. She started jumping me about how we single men take their husbands out and get them drunk…blah blah..
I stopped her in mid sentence… I said, “Lady, Al is not a young kid, I did not twist his arm, he came along on his own accord. I don’t appreciate you blaming me for his running around. I did not beat him, I did not force him, so get off my back!!” She apologized and said I was right.
I am sure Al caught hell when he got home, later that day.
