10- 20ml Listerine Mouthwash Gargle, then Brush your teeth for 5 mins, floss, And Repeat Step one, but remember this doesn't eliminate cavities

Haha yeah my brother tries that every year to try to clean them up right before he goes, but they always know...
Brush 4 a LONG time.

try brushing with salt before you brush with toothpaste.. this will help get rid of any stains and whiten them a bit for you
