What I am trying to ask is if a girl makes a guy horny but doesn't know she did (any guy, not necessarily her boyfriend),can she subconsiously get wet sensing this?

If she turned him on and the act of accidently doing this makes her wet then yes. This isn't meant to be gross, if I accidently do something that my boyfriend likes and realize it some times it turns around on me wondering if he noticed. So I'd say yes.

Well certainly. When I "play" with my wife, she gets wet and that def turns me on. I see no reason why it wouldn't work in reverse for a female.
