when they say a case is closed what does that mean???

my friend thought that they had a warrant out for them, but when he found the warrant site and called the county clerk, it said the case was closed. does that mean there is no longer a warrant?? no charges are placed against him??

closed means closed as in close the door behind you this case is over good for him and u no charges and no warrant time must of run out

that means that that case is solved or done that they don't need to work on that case any more! DUH!! Who's that stupid to not know? xoxo-tink fairy
