my friend thought that they had a warrant out for them, but when he found the warrant site and called the county clerk, it said the case was closed. does that mean there is no longer a warrant?? no charges are placed against him??

closed means closed as in close the door behind you this case is over good for him and u no charges and no warrant time must of run out
