A glass of wine or two and perusing the Yahoo Q&A. It's rather mindless at times.....and other times it's relaxing to answer. On this particular night, I attend a country line dance class for two hours.....do some dancing and socializing. It allows me an evening to remove all my "hats" and just be Janet. Very relaxing!

I love to cook. There is nothing more relaxing to me after a long day of work to come home and make a nice meal and then sit down and eat it.
