There is no way to lose weight fast that is healthy. Please don't listen to those that say don't eat-they're wrong. When you don't eat, your metabolism decreases (the rate at which you burn energy) because you're body thinks it is starving and wants to establish its only goal of keeping you alive-by conserving energy.
When you lose weight, you lose about equal amounts of body fat and muscle mass, that's why its so important to excercise to build muscle (more muscle burns more calories even when you are at rest). As said before, if you lose weight very quickly, your body is programmed to maintain a set weight and it will adjust to go back to that weight, so if the proper maintenance steps are not taken to maintain the weight you will gain it back, and you will look chubbier than before because what muscle you lost is now gained in fat, comprende? Okay so I think I've made my point. To lose and then maintain a healthy weight you should adopt a healthier lifestyle, not just starve yourself for 2-week intervals, you're killing your body. Because everyone is different, I can't exactly tell you what to do but a balanced diet high in protein, low in fat and carbs along with plenty of water and adequate exercise will get you into great shape. Try to eat 4-6 small meals a day and exercise at least 30 minutes to get your heat working. Try to work out with friends, the competitive edge will prevent you from "cheating" and propel you to lose that belly quickly.

Personally, I have had great success with the following diets
1. Abs Diet.
2. Warriors Diet.
Exercise , about an hour a day ,does the body great, keeps the heart pumping, clears chlorestrol which clogs up arteries which pumps blood out of the heart, which surrounds the blood into all of the body carrying vitamins and nutrients into the blood.
Eat healthy, Exercise good for an hour a day, or more, and change workouts moderately to have fun and stay strong.
Enhance your metabolism by drinking lots of water, which breaks down sugar and gluclose faster, so the more you drink, the better your metabolism is.
Green Tea, is also something beneficially to increase metabolism.
Fruit smoothies are always fun and helpful.
A workout partner, or going to the gym, would also be some great motivation for wanting to live life healthier.

SURE HERE GOES, eat 5-6 small meal aday, drink 100oz of water, eat lean protein such as turkey, fish, and chicken. Use eggwhites instead of regular eggs. Workout 5- 6 days a week. Just 30min of walking would be fine and eliminate salt, butter, and dairy. I know sounds difficult but I promise you it works.Check out provida.com there are thousands that use the Michael Thurmond program. Good luck! The first week expect to loose quite a bit. I lost 9lbs the first week and 30 in six.

Eat lots of fruit and veggies and high fibre cereals with skim milk. Walk and slowly work up to running 30 minutes a day. Swim laps at a pool for 30 minutes three days a week. the exercise will eventually be like a drug and you will crave the crummy food less and less,
that or lop off an arm.. thats good for at least 10 lbs.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

there is no lose weight fast available... sorry but stop eating big portions on your meals and completley cut out the candy and soda pop and take a multi vitamin and your body will drop some weigh

go on a veg,s diet eat fish or chicken and lots of peppers any peppers, and do some power lifting like bench press or dead lift i use to be a national power lefter and do the stair master and the iiliter it,s like skiing, i had colossal i was a6 now i,m a 3,1 i lost 2,9% if fat that 15 pounds in 21/2 month.
