If this guy is dating your best friend, then you shouldn't be after him in any way. To do so would not only not be a best friend, but not be a friend at all to her.
You are 13. Her relationship with him will last only a few months at best. And when they break up, she will say lots of bad things about him.
If you go out with him after that, she won't speak to you in all likelyhood, and you won't be with him for more than a few months, as well. So, you will lose the guy, and have lost your best friend.
Worth it? I don't think so.

OMG, I'm 13 and my bff is going out with the guy of my dreams too! I'm beyond sad, I am pissed off at the fact she is putting guys 1st instead of friends. She acts like such a "beeeeep" cuz she asks out EVERY guy and they ALL say "OMG, I'll go out with you!" It makes me mad, shes too into guys to realize there's another world out there. So maybe your friend isnt putting your feelings 1st? Walk way hun, walk away.

I really want you to get your own life your to caught up in your friends life that now you even want her boyfriend just be your self. even if you like the guy i dont think its worth it to lose a friend .Do after school activities or ymca. Your to young for this drama!!!!
